Let's just start by sayng whats fair-is-fair.
For many years now women have been acusing men of sexual harassment in
just about every area of the work force. So befor you can acuse someone
of it you must first define what sexual harassment is? I know that yelling
suggestive remarks to a woman from a passing car is but is a superviser
reprimanding his workers. Becous thier atire is not addiquit for the work
enviorment? I think not.
Women know just what buttens to push when
it comes to men. You can here them every day, no matter wher you go. They
say all men are pigs, and its been that way for thousands of years. Men
haven;t changed not one bit. And I don't see any end in sight. So why would
a women that knows just how men are, whear something so reavrling when
she know's how a mail will react if she didn't really want him to act that
way.
When it comes to something like this there
realy is no way to resolve it, about the only way to stop this from happening
agine is to prevent it in the first place. Set guidline and dress codes
befor you even hire someone.
