The Question of Errors


Note: The following links are to "working documents." As I add new analyzed texts to this research area, I will continue to revise these "discussion" areas.

     There are, I know, articles about the nature, frequency and causes of syntactic errors, especially those such as fragments, comma-splices, run-ons, and subject/verb agreement. The following documents address the question from the perspecitve of the KISS approach to sentence structure. In the Spring 95 project, I focussed on the four errors noted below. Other errors will probably be added to this list.
